I'm a 72yr old Vietnam vet, I came back in 67 with a slight concussion. Was treated and over the years things got better, I was just left with your garden variety PTS. By mixing liquid B-complex with thiamine, putting it in atomizer and mixing Hershey strawberry syrup with it, spraying it under the tongue,let it be absolved into the brain via the blood vessels underneath the tongue, it got there faster,sugar is to the brain like gasoline is to a car,helps me to meditate. Love this product! I've tried the capsule forms, but I just feel like this product works much faster and much more efficiently. I usually feel the effects within 30 minutes. Sometimes I put it in my coffee and helps prevent crashing! It tastes great and I will definitely be buying again.

I purchased this for my 7yr old son that has ADHD. We have been doing Neurofeedback therapy with him and from this identified that his Beta waves were elevated, causing him to have a volatile temper and angry outbursts. I did a lot of research and found that L-Theanine increases the calming Alpha waves in the brain. I thought that by him taking this product it would help counteract the increased Beta waves and reduce his aggression. I struck lucky! We have seen a significant drop in his anger, he is focusing on his work and getting through it without the major meltdowns we were seeing. We can see him physically suppressing his anger and calmly discuss the issue at hand. I give him a one and a half dose a day, under the tounge in the mornings before school. Unfortunately the school won't allow him to use supplements, so I am unable to give him a second small dose around midday to see him through the rest of the school day, but I do put some in his water he takes to school. Unfortunately it is hit or miss as to whether he drinks it all! Overall though the morning dose has really helped him. We went from daily calls to pick him up due to his behavior to one outburst a week, which he can now control with some assistance from his teacher. I might add that we are also doing Behavior coaching with him at school, but I believe that the L-Theanine is what is helping him to stay calmer and actually use the tools he is being taught.

Best product for L-Theanine! My mom passed away. My alternative practitioner told me about L-Theanine to help manage the stress, and I found this product. It is the only liquid form I can find, and I am glad because I am sensitive and often just need small amounts of a product to work for me. The capsules offered by other brands would have been too much. Tastes decent. Got me through the funeral. I filled a big water bottle with water and added probably 4 squirts to it and stirred it up. This was probably the most concentrated that I ever consumed. I just took some sips whenever I felt my emotions welling up. I still cried but I was calmer than I might have been otherwise. My alternative practitioner also used it to help prevent my adrenals from burning out due to all the stress, and it worked. It is also great if you have interrupted sleep and wake up several times during the night. I left a bottle on my nightstand. I took a squirt before bed and whenever I woke up I would squirt some in my mouth, take a sip of water, and fall back to sleep. Seriously, if I could have bought stock in this company, I would have. I used many bottles over the last year, and it got me through some really rough times.

I bought this product because I wanted a liquid L-Theanine supplement that would be easy to mix into water or juice when I got home from work to help unwind and decompress. I also noticed that the active ingredient is Suntheanine brand L-Theanine. I know Suntheanine by Tayo and/or Tomorrow's Nutrition is the purest form of the product available I am about halfway through the bottle and notice a difference when I take it and when I don't. It is especially nice to have on hand before company comes over and other situations that can bring on a little extra stress. Also helps with restful sleep without drowsiness.

Melatonin was suggested to my daughter by her neurologist. It really helps her get to sleep, she stays up very, very late without it (sometimes 3 or 4 in the morning) This formula is good because it can be added to tea or cocoa. She gets to sleep about an hour after taking it.

​"I was searching for an all natural melatonin liquid for my two boys who have always had trouble falling asleep. I noticed that some other brands had up to 6% alcohol in them, which is rediculous especially if you're using it for children. So I came across this brand. We've been using it for about 3 weeks now. The first night we gave our boys .25 mL, the first line on the dropper. A whole dropper is 1 ml and a dosage of 3 mg. So that means the boys are getting a dosage of about .75 mg. After doing some research children can receive .5-3mg per dosage. With all of that said, the smallest dosage possible worked immediately for our boys. They get their showers at 730 and are in bed at 8. We gave them .25 mL right before bath time and they were both yawning before they got out of the shower. By bed time they were both quiet and relaxed, which is very not like them! And they both went to bed with no problems, we turned on their sleepy time music and didn't hear a peep out of them for the rest of the night. I also have taken it a few times myself except I take 2 full droppers full which is 6 mg, and it definitely helped me sleep. Some nights I have problems getting to sleep, others I'm fine. So on those bad nights, I take this and am able to relax and fall asleep. It has a sweet lemony taste to it, so it doesn't taste bad at all. Ok, the taste is not the best however, I did not expect it to taste good. The formula is sublingual. You hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds and swallow. It does say you can add it to juice however; I prefer the maximum absorption possible. Now, as far as losing weight, the effect you are looking for is a significant decrease in your appetite. For that, I had an amazing result. I ate breakfast yesterday and actually forgot to eat the remainder of the day. It was well into the evening hours before I felt hunger. (going forward, I will not let myself forget to eat-- that will straight kill your metabolism)
​I have been prescribed phentermine 37.5 mg by my doctor and used it for 3 months. The suppression in appetite is better then that of the prescribed medication. The increased focus and energy is about the same. I made 10k in steps on my lunch hour easily.

I really love this Garcinia Cambogia product. It has 500mg of Garcinia Cambogia Extract, which I prefer. I was using another brand of the Garcinia Cambogia Extract that contained 250mg, but it did not work as well. I have recommended the product to family and friends and I will continue to use the product!
